Applications:

This electronic pump is designed for water circulation within pressurized closed circuit or open circulation systems, specifically in domestic heating and air conditioning setups.

The EVOTRON circulator boasts the ability to function in three distinct control modes:

1. Proportional pressure – featuring 3 curves
2. Constant pressure – with 3 curves
3. Constant number of revolutions – also equipped with 3 curves

Construction Features:

The circulator’s construction is characterized by a single body that integrates the cast iron hydraulic section with the wet rotor motor. A die-cast aluminum motor casing and a technopolymer impeller contribute to its robust build. The motor shaft, crafted from ceramic and positioned on graphite bushings lubricated by the pumped liquid, ensures reliable operation.

Key components like the stainless steel rotor liner, stator liner, and closing flange, as well as the ceramic thrust ring, ethylene-polypropylene seal ring, and brass bleed cap, enhance the circulator’s durability. The synchronous two-pole motor within the wet rotor operates under the control of a frequency converter, eliminating the need for overload protection.
