Unwanted items must be returned within 28 days of purchase, unused, in original packaging and in perfect condition.
Returns must be sent back with a Returns Form, which you will find on the reverse of your invoice. Failure to return the form may result in your return not being processed. If you need another copy please click here to download.
If your reason for return is that you suspect an item is faulty or damaged please contact our sales team directly on [email protected] prior to returning the item.

Unless we have stated that we will collect the item or that we will reimburse return postage, you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods. Any claims for return postage that have not been agreed prior to sending your return will NOT be paid.
All returned items must be securely packaged in a sealed box, to ensure the contents are protected. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items which have been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging.
Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this Returns and Refund policy. Please note if you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to process a full refund. We will contact you in such circumstances.
Please Note Cylinder Returns Will Incur A 25% Re-Stocking Fee And Must Be Returned At Your Cost via A Pallet Service With Insurance.
